Delete your StudyLoop data

Data stored on your device

Delete individual notes, bookmarks, and conversations inside StudyLoop. Uninstalling the extension or clearing its extension storage removes all locally stored learning data. Export anything you want to keep first.

Server-held account data

Send a deletion request from the Google account email used with StudyLoop to contact.ranadhir@proton.me. Use the subject “StudyLoop data deletion request.” We will verify account ownership, delete or anonymize associated account and usage records where legally permitted, and confirm completion. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only when required and then removed according to the applicable retention obligation.
